It is a lightweight design with a tough magnesium alloy case and a removable hard drive that is protected against damage during operation. The low power consumption of the V100's Ultra Low Voltage Intel® Core™ Duo processor allows a quiet, fan-less design. As a member of GETAC's fully rugged family, the V100 was tested in compliance with MIL-STD 810F and is sealed to IP54 standards, shielding the computer from unexpected spills and sprays.
